墨尔本大学教学助理制度的特征分析

摘要 墨尔本大学处于亚太地区,乃至世界高等教育发展的最前沿,在一系列国际权威排名中拥有非常杰出的表现。墨尔本大学秉持卓越本科教育的传统,致力于为学生提供优质的教学服务与良好的学习体验,创建了科学完善并具备鲜明特征的教学助理制度。根据该制度,在岗位设置上提供四种不同类型的教学助理岗位,面向不同性质和指向的岗位需求;在培训机制上开展面向院系、学科和课程管理等三个不同层面的教学助理培训形式,并提供齐全的配套资源和措施;在日常管理上既创建了一整套设计完善的常规管理流程,又实施了基于LMS系统的高效教学管理;在评价方式与策略上采用学生反馈、自我评价和同行评价等三种方式收集评价数据,并制定了全面多元的评价策略以确保评价结果的客观公正。 The University of Melbourne arrived at the forefront of the development of higher education in the Asia-pacific region, and even in the world, and has a very outstand- ing performance in a series of international authoritative ranking. On the post setup The University of Melbourne provide four different types of teaching assistant positions, geared to the needs of different properties and points of job requirements; On the training mechanism The Uni- versity of Melbourne carry on teaching assistant training form from three different aspects including departments, disciplines and curriculum management, and provide the complete supporting resources and measures; On daily management The University of Melbourne both created a set of perfect routine management process, and carry on a highly efficient teaching management based on LMS system; On the evaluation way and strategy The Uni- versity of Melbourne using the student feedback, self-evaluation and peer evaluation three ways to collect the evaluation data, and made comprehensive and diverse evaluation strate- gies to ensure the objective and fair of evaluation results.
