摘要
介绍了广州金融城某地块地下室的基础和结构设计。对抗拔锚杆方案的影响因素进行量化分析,为抗浮设计的优化提供依据。详细分析了地下室超长混凝土结构在考虑混凝土收缩和使用阶段温差情况下的应力情况,并根据分析结果采取针对性的设计工作。为节省工期,采用跳层施工方案,设计中采取相应的构造措施并进行施工阶段验算,确保了方案合理可行。
The foundation and structural design of the basement for certain plot in Guangzhou Financial City were introduced. Quantitative analysis of the influential factors on the scheme of the uplift anchor was condueted to provide the basis for the optimization of anti-floating design. The stress conditions of the super-brag concrete structure of the basement were analyzed in detail considering the conditions of the concrete shrinkage and temperature difference in service stage. Design work was conducted according to the results of analysis results. Skipping-floor construction scheme was used for save time, and the corresponding structural measures were taken in design and construction phase checking was conducted tn make sure that the scheme was feasible and reasonable.
