外贴CFRP布梁碳纤维束铆钉锚固下力学特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 混凝土梁外贴碳纤维布(Carbon Fiber-reinforced Polymer-CFRP)能显著改善梁的承载性能,在受力过程中为了充分发挥碳纤维材料的抗拉强度,避免碳纤维材料从混凝土表面过早剥离,通常需要对纤维布两端进行锚固。对碳纤维束铆钉这种新型锚固方式,在室内对混凝土梁进行四点反弯加载试验,对比分析了CFRP布加固梁经碳纤维束铆钉锚固与未锚固两种混凝土梁的力学特性。基于试验结果,对碳纤维束铆钉锚固下CFRP布加固混凝土梁的承载力计算公式进行了理论推导,经对比分析推导的理论公式计算值与试验值互相吻合。 Externally bonded CFRP could significantly improve the bearing capacity of beam.In order to make full use of CFRP tensile strength and avoid early debonding between concrete face and CFRP composite ,the used CFRP sheet need to be anchored at two ends.In this paper CFRP dowels which was a new kind of anchoring system was put forward.The mechanical property and bearing capacity of beam which was strengthened by externally bonded CFRP sheet and anchored by CFRP dowels was researched and compared to not strengthened beam by four-point bending test.Based on the test results, the theoretical bearing capacity formula of beam that was strength- ened by externally bonded CFRP sheet anchoring by CFRP dowels was demonstrated.Through comparing and analysing,the theoretical calculating value was in good agreement with test values.
