不同服役年限再生粗骨料对混凝土抗压性能影响的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究不同服役年限再生粗骨料对混凝土抗压性能的影响,在西安地区选取了三种不同服役年限的再生粗骨料,对其物理性能指标进行了测试,并制作了26组78个试块,对其立方体与棱柱体抗压强度进行了测试,并初步对其强度比值进行了计算。结果表明,再生骨料的各项密度指标均出现了降低,孔隙率与吸水率大幅增加;不同服役年限的再生骨料增大了混凝土的立方体抗压强度,使轴心抗压强度出现波动,且随着服役年限的增加,使强度值的变化出现了缓和的趋势;棱柱体与立方体抗压强度的比值范围为0.79~0.96,鉴于实际,文中建议取0.79。 In order to study the influence on the compressive properties of concrete with different service life of recycled coarse aggregate, three different types of recycled coarse has been selected for physical performance test, and 26 groups of test blocks have been made to exam the compressive strength of the cube and prism,then the initial intensity ratio was calculated.The results show that the densities of recycled aggregate decrease ,while the porosity and water absorption increase sharply.The recycled aggregate with different service years increases the cubic compressive strength of concrete, and make the compressive strength of the prisms fluctuate.With the increase of service life, the change of the intensity value appears the trend of relaxation.The experimental results also show that the ratio of the prism and cube compressive strength is 0.79-0.96.In view of the fact, it is recommended to take 0.79.
