硫酸盐环境下煅烧煤矸石粉在混凝土中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 采用硫酸钠溶液长期浸泡法,以质量损失率、抗压强度、抗压强度变化率以及劈裂抗拉强度为评价指标,研究了硫酸盐环境下煅烧煤矸石粉在混凝土中的作用。结果表明:煅烧煤矸石粉等质量取代10%、20%、30%的水泥,浸泡至10个月,各试件的质量损失率随浸泡龄期增加均呈现减小的趋势,浸泡10~14个月,其质量损失率随掺量的增加而降低,且明显低于标准组;浸泡14个月时,不同取代率的煅烧煤矸石粉试件的劈裂抗拉强度和抗压强度均大于标准组,其抗压强度增加率分别为17.2%、22.4%、38.2%,而标准组混凝土试件的抗压强度下降率为51.5%,表明增加煅烧煤矸石粉掺量,明显有利于改善混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。 The effect of calcined coal gangue powder in concrete under sulfate attack was investigated by sodium sulfate solution long-term immersion method in this paper.Concrete specimens were observed by their damage forms and tested in term of loss mass rate, compressive strength, ratio of compressive strength increase as well as splitting strength.Results show that calcined coal gangue powder is used as partial replacement for cement at 10%, 20% and 30%, the loss mass rate of all concrete specimens shows a decreasing trend with the immersion age extended before being immersed for 10 month.For 10 to 14 month, the loss mass rate decreases with the content of cal- cined coal gangue powder increases.After being immersed for 14 month, the splitting strength and compressive strength of concrete speci- mens containing calcined coal gangue powder at the different cement replacement levels are higher than control concrete, their compres- sive strength can be increased by l 7.2%, 22.4% and 38.2%, respectively, but the compressive strength of control concrete can be decreased by 51.5%.It demonstrates, with the content of calcined coal gangue powder increasing is obviously beneficial to improve the sulfate attack resistance of concrete.
