摘要
良好的匀质性是混凝土实现高性能的重要前提,搅拌过程是混凝土获得匀质性的重要环节。采用双卧轴振动+强制搅拌的方式拌合混凝土,与双卧轴强制搅拌的方式拌合的混凝土进行对比,进行混凝土强度、耐久性、微观结构等一系列试验,研究振动搅拌对混凝土性能和微结构的影响。结果表明,振动搅拌的拌合方式可以减少混凝土中微裂缝和微孔聚集现象,改善混凝土的微结构,使得混凝土的匀质性得到改善,从而提高混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度以及混凝土抗氯离子渗透能力。
Good uniformity is an important prerequisite for high performance concrete, and concrete mixing process is very important for the good homogeneity.Compared concrete produced by double shaft vibration + compulsory mixing way with concrete that mixing by double shaft compulsory mixer, conduct a series of experiments such as strength, durability, mierostructure and so on, in order to study the effect of vibratory mixing on the performance and microstructure of concrete.The results show that the method of vibrator mixing can reduce the micro cracks and microporous gathered phenomenon in concrete, improve the microstructure of concrete.And also improve the uniformity of concrete, thus the compressive strength, flexural strength and splitting tensile strength and the ability to resist chloride ion permeability of concrete improved.
