ZCuSn10合金半固态流变挤压件显微组织的演变 被引量:2

摘要 采用常规铸造和转棒诱导形核法制备ZCuSn10合金,研究制浆工艺对ZCuSn10合金半固态挤压件显微组织的影响,并结合最佳工艺制备法兰件,分析法兰件内部组织的演变规律。结果表明,不同制浆工艺对ZCuSn10合金挤压件显微组织的影响不同,挤压件内部组织基本与浆料组织保持一致。利用转棒转速为500r/min制备的浆料挤压法兰件,可获得固液协同流动性良好的显微组织,试样压头处散热较快,微观组织以固相为主;试样中部及试样前段均为固液两相共存的颗粒状或近球状半固态显微组织。 The ZCuSn10 alloy was prepared by conventional casting and the stainless steel rotating-rod induced nucleation(RRIN)in the experiment.The effect of process parameters on the microstructure of ZCuSn10 alloy semi-solid squeeze part was investigated.The microstructure evolution of semi-solid ZCuSn10 flange part produced by the optimum process parameters were analyzed.The results show that the effect of different process parameters on the microstructure of extruded ZCuSn10 alloy is different,and the internal structure of squeeze part is consistent with the slurry.The microstructure of the slurry prepared at the speed of 500 r/min was used to obtain the microstructure with good solid-liquid synergetic liquidity.The heat dissipation of the specimen was faster near punch position and the microstructure was mainly solid phase.The microstructure at the middle and at the front of the sample are solid-liquid two-phase coexistence of granular or near spherical semi-solid microstructure.
