头孢曲松致老年患者胆囊结石一例
Ceftriaxone induced gallbladder stones in elderly： a case report
摘要
患者，男性，87岁，因“发现右前臂皮下肿物4年”入院；既往体质良好，无长期药物使用史，无药物、食物过敏史；入院查CT及彩超均未提示胆囊结石（见图1）；于2015年10月12日行右前臂肿物扩大切除、皮瓣修复术，术后病理提示皮肤高分化鳞状细胞癌，可见癌组织侵及真皮层，遂于2015年10月26日再次行右前臂高分化鳞癌扩大切除、植皮＋右上臂取皮术；
