摘要
"新南南合作"兴起于中国等发展中国家的崛起,是在新的发展经验、新的发展资源和新的发展制度重塑下的全球发展方案。一方面,"新南南合作"继承了南南合作中不干涉内政的政治遗产,在新的全球发展时期强调尊重国家需求导向和互利互惠原则;另一方面,"新南南合作"在全球危机的背景下努力维护全球化的成果。中国已经成为"新南南合作"的主要经验路径。
The new south-south cooperation emerged from the rise of China and other developing countries,which is a global development scheme reconstructed by the new development experience,new development resources and new development institution.On the one hand,the new south-south cooperation inherited the political legacy of non-interference in other countries’internal affairs,and on the other hand,under the circumstance of global crisis,the new southsouth cooperation endeavors to safeguard the fruits of globalization.China has been recognized as a path to understand the new south-south cooperation.
