摘要
以优异早熟禾(Poa pratensis Lcv.Merit)品种为研究对象,公园早熟禾(P.pratensis L cv.Park)和冷地早熟禾(P.pratensiskeng)对照品种,对优异早熟禾主要抗旱性能的4项指标:相对含水量、游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量和可溶性糖含量,于成坪期进行了测定分析。结果表明:优异早熟禾与对照品种相比,叶片相对含水量最低(83.66%)、丙二醛含量相对最低(0.0028μmol/g);而游离脯氨酸(82.74μg/g)和可溶性糖的含量最高(4.64%),与其他品种间差异极显著。优异早熟禾抗旱性能显著高于对照品种,是一个抗旱、适宜高海拔地区建植的草坪草种。
To evaluate and Poa pratensiskeng the drought resistance of Poa pratensis L cv.Merit, we take the Poa pratensis L cv.Park as control. We analyzed relative water content, free proline content, malondialdehyde and soluble sugar content of Poa after the lawn established. As the results shown that the leaf relative water content and malondialdehyde of Poa pratensis L cv.Meritwere much lower and the soluble sugar content and free proline content were the highest significantly compared with control. From the different indexes, we summed up that Poa pratensis L cv.Merit performed much better than the other Poa grass in this paper and adapted to the alpine re^ion for lawn establishment.
