失地农民创业行为的影响因素研究——基于“意向—情境—行为”理论模型与实证检验

Study on the Influencing Factors of Land-Lost Farmers' Entrepreneurial Behaviors——Based on the Theory Model of Consciousness-Situation-Behavior and Empirical Analysis

失地农民的生存与发展是一个亟待解决的社会问题,而创业是解决这一问题的有效途径。借鉴创业行为理论和创业事件理论,采用扎根理论方法建立失地农民创业的"意向—情境—行为"理论模型,挖掘失地农民创业行为产生的影响机理,并通过样本数据进行验证。研究发现:创业意向是创业行为的内驱因素,主要通过渴求知觉和可行知觉起作用;征地情境调节着创业意向与创业行为间的关系,征地区位、创业政策对创业意向与行为关系的调节显著,安置方式对创业意向与行为关系的调节不显著,补偿金额对创业意向与行为关系的调节呈边际递减趋势。因此,应培育失地农民创业意向,引导其创业行为;同时制定失地农民创业政策,促进其创业行为。

The survival and development of land-lost farmers is a social problem to be solved,and entrepreneurship is an effective way to solve this problem.Based on entrepreneurial behavior theory,entrepreneurial event theory and grounded theory,this paper sets up the consciousness-situation-behavior concept model of entrepreneurial farmers,and clarifies the mechanism of the land-lost farmers’entrepreneurial behavior,and the data is verified.Results show that the entrepreneurial awareness is the drive of entrepreneurial behavior,mainly through the perception of desirability and feasibility.Land acquisition situation affects the relationship between entrepreneurial consciousness and behavior.Land location and entrepreneurship policy notably regulate the relationship;the regulation of resettlement way is not significant;the amount of compensation shows a trend of diminishing marginal adjustment.Finally,the land-lost farmers entrepreneurial intention should be cultivated and they could be better guided.Entrepreneurship policies should be made to encourage their entrepreneurial behaviors.
