摘要 为了有效支持复杂产品的概念设计求解,在分析、构建面向多学科的复杂产品概念设计过程模型的基础上,探讨了包括功能、行为、结构知识在内的多学科知识建模方法,并采用Visual Studio 2008C#语言为某主机厂开发了多学科知识库系统,为复杂产品概念设计提供支持.最后以高速列车制动系统的概念设计为例,基于多学科知识库进行面向多学科的复杂产品概念设计的分层映射求解,验证所提模型以及方法的有效性. In order to effectively support the conceptual design solution of complex product, the process model of conceptual design of muhi-disciplinary oriented complex product is analyzed and constructed. Based on this process model, the modeling method of multi-disciplinary knowledge which contains function,behavior and structure is disscussed,and a Multi-disciplinary Knowledge Base is built by using Visual Studio 2008 C # language. Taking the braking system of high speed train as an example, the validity of the knowledge model and the solving method of conceptual de- sign are verified based on the Multi-disciplinary Knowledge Base.
