摘要
使用控制变量法,在保持其他变量不变的情况下改变健身房某一环境参数,让健身者从事不同的健身活动,通过测量健身者心率、血压等参数以及了解健身者的主观感受,研究了健身房温度、湿度对健身者心率、血压以及主观感受的影响.分析得出,健身房最适宜温度为23℃左右,最适宜湿度基本确定在45%~55%.通过问卷调查的形式询问健身者的意见,对三个健身房的温湿度环境进行实测,并模拟温湿度场,发现大部分健身房环境不能达到最适宜温湿度要求,以此评估了三个健身房的环境,最后提出合理改进建议.
The single variable method is used in the research, the environment parameter of the gym is changed while the other variables is kept constant. The people in the test are told to do dif- ferent tasks and their heart rates,blood pressures and feelings are recorded. In this way,how the temperature and humidity of gym influence heart rate, blood pressure and feeling are analyzed. It shows that the optimum temperature is about 23 degrees, and the optimum humidity is between 45% and 55%. The environment of three gyms is measured and temperature and humidity fields are built. Also with the questionnaire survey, the environment is evaluated. It's obvious that the environment is not proper, and finally the advice is given.
