摘要
采用硅胶柱色谱及HPLC等分离方法对细叶杜香叶正己烷提取物进行分离纯化,得到4种单萜类化合物.依据波谱数据分析,鉴定其结构分别为:2-醛基-5-异丙基二环[3,1,0]-2-己烯(1),[1R,2S,5S]-5-异丙基二环[3,1,0]-2,7-己二醇(2),[1R,2R,5S]-5-异丙基二环[3,1,0]-2,7-己二醇(3),乳香醇C(4).其中,化合物2~4为首次从细叶杜香中分离得到.
The chemical constitutes of Ledum palustre were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and HPLC, and the structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. Four compounds were isolated and identified as 2-formyl-5-isopropylbicyclo[3, 1, 0]hex-2-ene (1), 2α, 7-dihydroxysabinane (2), 2β, 7-dihydroxysabinane ( 3 ) , olibanumol C ( 4 ) , respectively. The compounds 2-4 are isolated from Ledurn palustre for the first time.
