摘要
连续法生产聚氨酯硬泡板材使用戊烷替代HCFC-141b发泡剂后,泡沫阻燃性能的下降成了最大的问题,为提高阻燃性能,聚异氰脲酸酯(PIR)改性泡沫作为一种比较经济适用的阻燃性能好的产品,在连续板材行业应用广泛。对PIR技术使用的催化剂进行研究,并根据研究结果,开发正戊烷发泡PIR连续板材配方,阻燃性能达到或超过原HCFC.141b发泡所制备的泡沫。
The fire resistance of the polyurethane foam drops a lot using pentane instead of HCFC-141b as blo- wing agent in continuous sandwich panel. In order to increase the fire resistance, PIR, as a relative economic anti- flame technology, is widely used in continuous sandwich panel. The catalysts used in PIR technology were investi- gated, and then an n-pentane blown PIR formulation for continuous sandwich panel based on the results was devel- oped. The fire resistance of n-pentane blown PIR foam was the same as original HCFC-141b blown foam.
