曼尼希聚醚用于全水发泡喷涂聚氨酯硬泡性能的研究

摘要 以曼尼希聚醚为主要原料,加入助剂后与多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯混合,以水作为发泡剂,制备了硬质聚氨酯喷涂泡沫。结果显示,相比于普通的蔗糖起始聚醚,曼尼希聚醚具有以下优点:改善了全水发泡泡沫的泡孔结构和手感,消除了泡沫表面酥脆、容易掉渣的缺点;具有高活性,所需催化剂的量最多可降低35%;由于曼尼希聚醚中的苯环结构,泡沫的阻燃性能得到提升。 The rigid polyurethane (PU) spraying foam was synthesized by Mannich polyol, foam stabilizer, catalysts and PAPI. Especially, water replacing physical blowing agent was used as blowing agent to prepare foam. The result showed that the Mannich polyol displayed some advantages. It enhanced the cell structure and hand feel- ing of the foam, and eliminated the common shortcoming that water-blown foam had coarse surface properties. The required amount of catalysts could he decreased by up to 35% because of the high reactivity of Mannich polyol. The flame-retardant properties were enhanced due to the aromatic structure of Mannich polyol.
