摘要
使用现有HCFC-141b的喷涂设备制备了以HCFC-141b、HFC-245fa及HCFO-1233zd(E)为发泡剂的3种聚氨酯硬泡样品,讨论了3种体系原料蒸气压、泡沫样品性能的差异。结果表明,HCFO-1233zd(E)与HCFC-141b体系具有相似的原料蒸气压及泡沫性能,可使用现有设备及工艺参数施工。
HCFC-141b, HFC-245fa or HCFO-1233zd(E) blown spray polyurethane foam were prepared by current spray machine. The vapor pressure of polyol blends, mechanical properties and insulation performance of the rigid foam were investigated. The results showed that, compared to HCFC-141b system, HCFO-1233zd(E) sys- tem had similar vapor pressure and foam performance, and current process parameters could be appropriate for HCFO-1233zd(E) system.
