摘要 使用戊烷替代HCFC-141b发泡剂,增加了聚氨酯硬泡阻燃的难度。通过对配方中阻燃聚醚和催化剂等原料的筛选及各种反应条件的研究,优化了配方,在不影响泡沫性能的前提下,达到B2阻燃性能,并满足板材生产现场的工艺情况。通过实验室开发、现场应用试验、第三方泡沫性能测试,得到了替代原HCFC-141b体系的戊烷发泡体系。 The difficulty of flame retardant was increased using pentane to replace HCFC-141b in rigid polyu- rethane foam. The choice of flame-resistant polyol, catalyst etc. and research of reaction condition were studied to optimize the recipe. The flame retardant properties of foam reached B2 and met the technical situation of plate pro- duction, without affecting the foam properties. Through laboratory development, field test, the foam performance test by the third party, the research and development of pentane blown PU foam system instead of the original HCFC-141b blown system was finished.
