摘要
介绍了聚氨酯硬泡中的导热方式以及3M公司发泡添加剂PF5056的作用机理。PF5056应用于环戊烷发泡体系,在不改变聚氨酯黑料白料发泡剂等基本配方的条件下,可以有效地降低泡沫单元的尺寸,得到泡孔更加细腻和均匀的泡沫,从而有效地降低泡沫的热传导系数。
The heating transfer pathway in the rigid polyurethane foams and the mechanism of 3M blowing ad- ditive PF 5056 were described. With the basic formulation of polyol and isocyanates unchanged and 3M additive ap- plied in the eyelopentane blowing foam system, the smaller and more uniform foam blowing units were obtained, leading to the significant decrease of heat transfer efficiency.
