摘要
通过对零ODP发泡剂体系特点的分析和聚氨酯泡沫稳定剂分子结构的设计,开发了适用于零ODP发泡剂体系的泡沫稳定剂AK8860。在特定配方体系下,将AK8860与进口泡沫稳定剂进行了泡沫流动性能比较,对比了泡沫制品的密度、导热系数、压缩强度和泡沫表面等性能。研究发现,AK8860制得的聚氨酯泡沫制品具有较低导热系数、良好泡沫表面和压缩强度等特点,综合使用性能达到了国外产品的先进水平,可以用于零ODP发泡剂体系聚氨酯泡沫塑料的生产。
Silicone surfactant AK-8860 was developed for zero ODP blowing agent foaming system, based on the analysis of the characteristics of foaming agent system and an optimization of surfactant structure and perform- ance. The properties of AK8860 and imported stabilizer were compared. The result showed that AK8860 type polyu- rethane foam had lower thermal conductivity, good foam surface and compressive strenght. The comprehensive per- formance had reached the advanced level, could meet the production of PU foam with zero ODP foaming agent system.
