我国博士毕业生就业多元化研究——以27所教育部直属高校为例

A Study on the Diverse Employment of Doctoral Graduates in China——Based on the analysis of 27 universities directly under the ministry of education

通过对2014—2016年27所部属高校博士生毕业质量报告分析,发现现阶段我国博士毕业生进入高等院校和科研院所的比例在降低,进入企业、其他事业单位、中初学校的比例在增长,就业呈现出多元化态势。为此,运用劳动力信号发送理论对博士毕业生就业趋势的转变进行分析,进而探寻博士毕业生就业多元化的原因,提出相关建议,为今后博士生的培养提供借鉴与参考。

Based on the reports of doctor graduates＇ employment quality of 27 universities directly under the ministry of education from 2014 to 2016, the paper analyses the Current Situation of Doctoral Candidates＇ of Chinese doctoral graduates. The result shows that the percentage of doctoral graduates who choose to work in college and scientific research institutes is declining, while that who choose to work in companies, public institutes and middle schools is increasing. The trends of doctoral employment have changed and the employment filed is diversified. The paper tries to analysis of the change using Job Market Signaling theory and find reason which leads to the Employment diversification, so as to provide for suggestions on the employment of doctoral students.
