摘要
按照GB/T 19941-2005用UHPLC-DAD测定皮革中甲醛含量。对测量过程中不确定度的来源进行分析和评定,并对各不确定度分量进行了评定和合成。结果表明,本次试验条件下产生不确定度的最大影响因素为试样质量浓度,并提出了通过提高标准溶液配制准确性来降低总不确定度,为精确测量皮革中甲醛含量提供参考依据。
According to the standard of GB/T 19941-2005, the formaldehyde content in leather was detected by UHPLC-DAD. The factors affected the uncertainty in determination was analyzed and assessed in detail, and the uncertainty components was analyzed and estimated. The results show that the main factor affecting the determination is the mass concen~'ation of the sample solution. It proposes that improving the accuracy of standard solution can reduce the total uncertainty, which provides reference for accurate measurement of the formaldehyde content in leather.
