县级计量工作助力食品质量安全的思考

Thinking of County Measurement Work to Help Food Quality and Safety

食品安全与国家安全并重,民众对食品安全检测结果的准确与否已十分关注。文中先描述了计量在保障食品安全的重要性;其次分析了县级食品企业计量管理工作中存在的问题;最后就县级计量工作如何助力食品质量安全提出了几点对策建议。

With the same attention to the food safety and national security, people on the food safety testing results have been very concerned about the accuracy. This paper firstly describes the importance of measurement in the ensuring of the food safety, follows by analysis of the existing measurement management problems in the county-level food enterprises and puts forward some suggestions on how to help the food quality and safety work in the county measurement finally.
