Electronic games live online transmission not only involves huge economic benefits, but also relates to various rights and subjects. There is some argument about the nature of the right and the ascription both in practice and in theory. By sorting out the whole process of the electronic game live online transmission; this paper explored the nature of the rights and their ascription which were involved.At last, it discussed the realistic legal dilemma and put forward some effective suggestions for the protection of the rights.
