摘要
翻转课堂借助网络技术实现了课内外教学时空翻转,提供了多样的个性化学习情境,是个性化学习理念的体现。文章从学习目标、学习任务、学习过程、学习评价四个方面分析和构建了基于个性化学习的翻转课堂教学模式;以"物流系统规划与设计"课程为例,从课程结构、学习任务、教学资源、互动环节、激励机制、评价机制等因素进行了组织和设计。
Flipped classroom turns over the teaching time and space of inside and outside class through the network technology and provides a variety of personalized learning environment, which is the embodiment of the concept of personal learning. We analyzed and constructed the flipped classroom teaching mode based on the personalized learning from learning objectives, learning tasks, learning process and learning evaluation. Taking logistics system planning and design course as an example, we designed the specific teaching process including course structure, learning tasks, teaching resources,interactive activities, incentives mechanisms and evaluation mechanisms etc.
