摘要
教材是教师在教学过程中实现教学目标的基本工具和知识传递的载体,其内容设计与编排是影响教学质量的关键要素。当前商务英语口语的学习需求逐渐增加,好的教材能使课堂教学事半功倍。文章依据Hutchinson和Waters的教材设计模型主要从教材的课前导入、材料输入、语言要点、内容重点、任务式输出、项目式输出六个方面,对《大学商务英语口语》、《全方位商务英语口语》、《新编商务英语口语》、《新编商务英语实训教程口语》四本知名口语教材进行对比研究,为商务英语教师和学习者对口语学习教材的选择提供建议。
Materials play an important role in teaching and learning. Since there's an increasing demand for Business English speaking curriculum, good Business English Speaking materials are especially needed. So this research made a comparative study on four textbooks of English for Business Communication, New Business English Practical Course—Speaking, Business English Interactive Speaking, and College Business English Speaking from six main perspectives: warm-up activities, input,key point of language, teaching point, output based on task and project. By using the ESP design model to assess the textbooks and explore their features respectively, and try to offer a new perspective for Business English teachers to choose among different textbooks.
