摘要
目的:探究膝骨性关节炎中医证型的临床表现和NO和TGF-β1之间的关系。方法:随机选取本院膝骨性关节炎患者60例,其中肾虚髓亏型患者30例为实验组1,瘀血阻滞型患者30例为实验组2。再选取30例健康人群为对照组。抽取实验组和对照组所有案例的血液,进行检测。实验组1和2治疗前后分别采血检测一氧化氮和转化生长因子-β1。对照组(3组)直接采血检测一氧化氮和生长转化因子-β1。分别比较1、2、3组在治疗前血液中的一氧化氮水平和转化生长因子-β1水平。结果:进行治疗之前,实验组1和实验组2血液中的一氧化氮含量远远高于对照组(3组)血液中的一氧化氮含量。实验1组和实验组2血液中转化生长因子-β1的含量又远远低于对照组(3组)血液中转化生长因子-β1的含量,且实验1组的血液中其含量高于实验组2血液中转化生长因子-β1的含量。三个小组两两比较,差异具有统计学意义P<0.05。治疗后,实验组的NO含量降低,且实验1组的血液中其含量低于实验组2血液中含量;转化生长因子-β1水平增高,且实验1组的血液中其含量高于实验组2,血液中含量差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:膝骨性关节炎的中医证型(肾虚髓亏、瘀血阻滞)与转化生长因子-β1及一氧化氮有一定相关性。
Objective: To investigate the clinical manifestation of TCM syndromes of knee osteoarthritis and the relationship between NO and TGF-β1. Methods: Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis selected in our hospital,30 patients of marrow deficiency of kidney deficiency type were selected as experiment group 1,and 30 patients of stagnation of blood stasis type were selected as experimental study 2,and then 30 patients were diagnosed as healthy,as the controlled group of this experiment,as the third group. The blood of all cases in the experimental group and the controlled group was extracted and tested. In the experimental group,two groups of patients with the experiment group 1 and the experiment group 2 were treated for half a month respectively.The levels of nitric oxide and transforming growth factor-β1 were measured before and after treatment. The controlled group( group 3) was directly collected for the detection of nitric oxide and growth factor-β1. Results: Before treatment,the levels of nitric oxide in the blood of the two groups was much higher than that of the controlled group,the levels of transforming growth factor-β1 in the blood of the two groups were significantly lower than the controlled group( group 3),and the content of transforming growth factor-β1 in the blood of patients with deficiency of the experiment group 1 was higher than that of the experiment group 2.The difference was statistically significant P〈0. 05. After treatment,the NO content in the experimental group was decreased,and the content of the kidney in the blood group was lower than that in the patients with the experiment group 2. The level of transforming growth factor-beta 1 was increased,and the content of blood in the experimental group 1 was higher than that of the experimental group 2,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0. 05. Conclusion: Knee osteoarthritis syndrome and transforming growth factor-β1 and nitric oxide have a certain correlation.
