Research Progress on the Relationship Between Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation of Cerebral Infarction and Objective Index

脑梗死中医辨证分型客观化指标研究是近年来研究热点,旨在通过探索中医辨证分型与客观化量化指标的关系为辨证论证提供客观依据,本文通过近年来从血液流变学、生化指标、经颅多普勒超声、影像学变化、颈动脉粥样硬化等方面阐述脑梗死中医辨证分型与客观指标关系的研究文献进行复习,以期为脑梗死辨证分型提供客观依据,从而为脑梗死辨证治疗提供参考。

Studying on objective index of TCM syndrome differentiation of cerebral infarction is a hot spot in recent years,the purpose is to provide an objective basis for the syndrome differentiation based on the relationship between TCM syndrome differentiation and objective quantitative indicators,through in recent years from blood rheological studies,biochemical indexes,transcranial Doppler ultra sound,imaging changes,the research literature on the relationship between carotid atherosclerosis and other aspects of cerebral infarction TCM syndrome differentiation typing and objective indicators were reviewed,in order for syndrome differentiation of cerebral infarction type to provide an objective basis,so as to provide reference for the dialectical treatment of cerebral infarction.
