摘要
对安阳钢铁股份有限公司第二炼钢厂转炉一次除尘系统进行介绍和分析;并对一次除尘系统改造原则及方案进行阐述。生产实践证明:改造后烟囱及炉前冒烟冒火现象得到杜绝,满足了生产工艺和环保的要求,达到了改造的目的。
This paper introduces and analyzes the primary dedusting system of a converter in a steel mill in Anyang Steel,and expounds the principles and plans for the renovation of the primary dust removal system. The practice of production shows that after the transformation of the chimney and the front of the furnace smoke burning phenomenon has been eliminated,it can meet the production process and environmental protection requirements,the purpose of transformation is achieved.
