“家国同构”下家规家训与“圣谕”的相互表达

Mutual Expression between “Family Discipline” and Rules and “Imperial Edicts” in the Perspective of Co-construction of Family and State

中国传统社会家国同构,以孝为基础建立了家庭伦理,以忠为基础建立了政治伦理。"孝"是家、国共同的思想基础,为百姓和统治者所共相推崇。家规家训具有道德和法的双重内涵。国家(统治者)经常颁发"圣谕",将百姓家规家训的内容规范于国家意志之中;百姓也自觉地以圣谕为家规家训。这就形成了家规家训与国家意志的相互表达,家族、国家共同构建了社会价值观,有利于社会和谐稳定和政权稳固。

Traditional Chinese society is a structure with family and state integrated.The family morality is based on filial piety and the political ethnics is based on loyalty.'Filial piety',as the common ideological basis for family and nation,is highly praised by both common people and the rulers.Domestic discipline and family rules are regarded as both morality and the law.The nation(the ruler)often issued imperial edicts,in the hope of putting family rules under the restriction of the state will.On the other hand,the common people were willing to regard the imperial edicts as their domestic discipline.By doing so,domestic discipline&family rules and state will were integrated,and social values were commonly founded,which was conducive to social harmony and stability as well as a firm government.
