摘要
以9头成年种公猪为研究对象,分析年龄和保存时间对种公猪精液品质的影响。结果表明,随着公猪年龄的增长,采精量不断增加,18月龄左右达到顶峰;随着保存时间的延长,精子活力和活率呈逐渐下降趋势,而畸形率则逐渐上升。
The effects of age and storage time on semen quality of boar were investigated in 9 adult boars. The results show that with the boar age,ejaculate volume increased,peaked around 18 months of age; with the increase of the storage time,sperm motility and viability decreased gradually,and the deformity rate was gradually increased.
