摘要
高校院(部)党政联席会议制度作为"党委领导下的校长负责制"制度的坚持和完善,在落实中央精神、推进大学治理、培养优秀人才等方面发挥了重要作用。通过对党政联席会议制度的由来及其作用进行阐述,并结合现状详细介绍党政联席会议制度运行机制的主要内容以及存在的问题,可针对目前突出问题提出相应对策建议。
The operating mechanism of party and administration meeting system,as the perseverance and improvement of ＂the principal accountability system under the leadership of the Party committee＂,plays the vital role in fulfilling central instruction spirits,improving university governance,and cultivating excellent talents.The paper first elaborates on the origin and roles of party and administration meeting system,then details the major contents and problems of the operating mechanism of the system in the light of the real situation,and finally brings forth countermeasures against some prominent problems.
