三江平原丹顶鹤和白枕鹤巢址生境选择对比分析

Nest Habitat Selection of Red-crowned crane and White-napped Crane in San Jiang Plain

本文利用定点观察法、GPS定位法、样方法对三江平原繁殖的丹顶鹤和白枕鹤巢址生境进行对比研究,结果表明:在三江平原,繁殖期丹顶鹤与白枕鹤对其巢址生境选择具有显著差异,丹顶鹤适合选择食物充足的地方作为巢址,而白枕鹤适合选择隐蔽条件好的地方作为巢址。

Both Red- crowned crane （Grus japonensis） and White -napped Crane （Grus vipio） are large waders. Because of habitat loss, their global populations are declining and are now endangered. Both Red - crowned crane and White - napped Crane are listed in CITES Appendix I （ which bans all international trade in the species ） are categorized as Endangered in the IUCN Red list, and are also listed in the First and Second Category of Protected Birds in China. During April to May 2016, a comparative study on the nest habitat selection of Red - crowned crane and White - napped Crane were investigated using GPS and direct observation in Sanjiang Plain. Results indicated that there are significant differences between red - crowned crane and white - napped crane on the nest habitat selection in Sanjiang Plain.
