摘要
本文研究了外源激素处理对黑果腺肋花楸种子萌发的影响,结果表明:GA3、IBA和ABA处理能明显地促进黑果腺肋花楸种子的萌发,显著地提高种子的发芽率和发芽势,以200mg/L GA3处理的增效作用最大,各处理间的发芽率和发芽势存在显著性差异。
This paper studied the effects of exogenous hormones on seed germination of A. melanocarpa. The results showed that the GA3, IBA and ABA could significantly promote the seeds germination of A. melanocarpa. , and significantly improve seed germination rate and germination potential. The maximum synergism was 200mg/L GA3 treatment. The germination and germination rate of different treatment had significant difference.
