摘要
造成东北红豆杉种子深度休眠的原因是多因素的,低温层积是破除东北红豆杉种子休眠的最好方法。种子主要以粗脂肪的形式贮藏养分,这是东北红豆杉种子需要长时间的低温处理才能萌发的主要原因。脱落酸ABA不是种子休眠的主导因子,而内源激素IAA和GA3含量的提高,对破除东北红豆杉种子休眠具有一定的促进作用。
The seed dormancy of Taxus cuspidate was caused by many factors, and low temperature stratification was the best way to break dormancy of seeds. The seed is mainly stored in the form of crude fat, which is the main reason for the seed germination of T. cuspidate in long time. Abscisic acid ABA was not the dominant factor of seed dormancy, and the increase of endogenous hormones IAA and GA3 can promote the dormancy of T. euspidate seeds.
