摘要
系统阐述和分析了可用于评价烧结余热回收系统参数优化的各种指标。针对现有参数优化评价指标存在的不足,提出了以焓 为目标函数的综合评价指标。以国内某360m2烧结机对应的余热回收竖罐为研究对象,利用已建立的解析计算模型,以竖罐出口热载体携带焓火用最大为判据,获得竖罐适宜的热工参数组合。研究结果表明:国内某360m2烧结机对应的余热回收竖罐适宜的热工参数为:冷却风表观流速为130kg/s,竖罐冷却段高度为7m,冷却段直径为9m,气固水当量比为1.1。
Different kinds of evaluation indexes for the sinter waste heat recovery system were clarified and analyzed,aiming at the shortcomings of the existing evaluation indexes for parameter optimization,the objective function of enthalpy exergy was proposed as a comprehensive evaluation index. The vertical tank assorted with 360m^2 sintering machine was taken as a calculating example,and then using the analytic mathematical model,the optional thermal parameters were conducted on the maximum of enthalpy exergy carried by the export heat carrier. The results show that,for the vertical tank assorted with 360m^2 sintering machine,the suitable thermal parameters are that the mass flow of cooling air is120 kg/s,the cooling section height of vertical tank is 7 m,the cooling section diameter of vertical tank is 9 m and the gas solid water equivalent is about 1. 1.
