摘要 冲渣水中含有较高腐蚀性的杂质,使得金属换热器存在腐蚀与结垢问题,而不能全面有效的回收冲渣水的余热资源。文章分析了聚四氟乙烯材料防腐抗结垢机理,同时介绍了聚四氟乙烯材料换热器在其他领域腐蚀性环境的应用情况,指出聚四氟乙烯材料换热器在冲渣水余热回收工艺中具有广阔的应用前景。 Flushing slag water contains high corrosive impurities,which makes the metal heat exchanger corrosion and fouling problems,and cannot fully and effectively recycling the waste heat resources. This paper analyzes the PTFE anti corrosive and scaling mechanism,and introduces the PTFE heat exchanger used in other areas of the corrosive environment,pointed out that the PTFE heat exchanger has broad application prospects in the recovery of waste heat in the process of water rushing slag.
