摘要
在钢铁工业的生产过程中会产生大量的余热余能,这些余热大部分都没有被有效利用,而且钢铁企业是耗水大户,用水系统分为新水系统、生活水系统、净环水系统和浊环水系统。对循环水系统而言,由于供回水温差小用水量大,造成水资源的浪费。针对该问题,文章拟采用工业余热制冷,引进溴化锂吸收式制冷机组来制备低温冷却水。通过预估成本投资与节省资金比较,判断该改造是否有意义。
In the process of production of iron and steel industry produce,a large amount of waste heat subsequently generates,most of the waste heat has not been effective utilization. Besides,iron and steel enterprises are large water consumption. Water system include new water system,domestic water system,clean water system and turbid water system. For circulating water system,the difference of water temperature and the water consumption is large,which result in a waste of water resources.Aiming at the problem,the paper intends to use waste heat refrigeration,introduction of lithium bromide absorption chiller to produce low temperature cooling water. By estimating the cost of capital and savings compared to funds,determine whether the transformation is meaningful.
