摘要
开发了一种可以测量材料在高温时导热系数的实验装置。采用稳态热流法测量不同温度及不同内部结构轻质高铝砖的导热系数。实验得到在实验温度200℃时导热系数都是最小的,并且随实验温度的升高,导热系数逐渐增大。拟合得到了导热系数随温度及中空气隙尺寸变化的曲线公式。测量结果与文献数据吻合较好,可证明该设备测量导热系数具有一定的可靠性。
An experimental device for measuring the thermal conductivity of materials at high temperature is developed in this paper. Measurement of thermal conductivity of light weight high alumina brick with different temperature and different internal structure by steady heat flow method.The experimental results show that the thermal conductivity is the smallest at the temperature of 200℃,and the thermal conductivity increases with the increase of temperature. The curves of the thermal conductivity with the temperature and the size of the hollow air gap are obtained by fitting. The measured results are in good agreement with the literature data,which shows that the thermal conductivity of the device is reliable.
