摘要
以生化系统处理后的焦化废水为研究对象,采用絮凝沉淀/活性炭吸附/低压膜过滤集成工艺在现场进行中试规模的试验研究,考察该工艺对废水TOC的去除效果,为最终的工业化应用提供技术支持。试验结果表明,该集成工艺在进水TOC浓度波动范围较大时能够保证良好的处理效果,总体出去效率在60%左右。其中絮凝沉淀工艺出水TOC稳定在15~20mg/L,去除率为20%~40%;活性炭吸附工艺的出水TOC稳定在12~14mg/L,去除率为12%~32%;而低压膜的出水TOC稳定在9~12mg/L,去除率为5%~30%。同时集成工艺出水色度小于30倍,SDI小于4,为后续的反渗透脱盐等工艺的应用提供了条件。
The article mainly talks about coking wastewater after biochemical treatment system,which is treated by using flocculation/activated carbon adsorption/low-pressure membrane filtration integrated technology and completed pilot-scale experimental study,studying on removal efficiency of TOC,providing technical support for industrial applications. The experiment results show that the integration process can ensure good treatment effect even though influent TOC concentration in large fluctuation range,the overall efficiency is about 60%. Effluent TOC of flocculation process is stable at 15 ~20mg/L,the removal rate is 20% ~ 40 %,effluent TOC of activated carbon adsorption process is stable at 12 ~ 14mg/L,the removal rate is 12% ~ 32%,effluent TOC of low-pressure membrane is stable at 9 ~ 12mg/L,the removal rate is 5% ~ 30%. The chromaticity color of effluent treated by integrated technology is less than 30 times,SDI is less than 4,providing the conditions for the application of subsequent process of RO desalination.
