摘要 文章介绍了SCR反应的原理,给出反应式并从化学计量、协同作用等方面分析了其中标准SCR、快速SCR等反应对脱硝速率的影响,给出了Eley-Rideal和Langmuir-Hinshelwood两种模型的应用;介绍了现阶段为止SCR催化剂的研究进展,着重分析了商用钒基催化剂和离子交换沸石类催化剂的催化机理,并简要进行了经济性评价,对其改性发展结合相关文献进行了介绍;SCR催化剂的失活与再生在文献最后部分进行了阐述,介绍了碱金属、硫氧化物、水的失活作用,并给出了酸碱及热处理再生的过程及效果介绍。 This paper introduces the principle of SCR reaction from a stoichiometric,synergistic effect and other aspects of the standard SCR,SCR fast reaction effect on denitrification rate,given by Eley-Rideal and Langmuir-Hinshelwood two models; introduces the research progress until this stage on the SCR catalyst. Focuses on the analysis of the catalytic mechanism of commercial vanadium catalysts and ion exchanged zeolite catalyst,and briefly gives an economic evaluation for the modification of the development and the related literature was introduced; SCR catalyst deactivation and regeneration in the last part,the toxic effects of alkali metals,sulfur oxides,water,and gives the process and effect of acid-base and heat treatment regeneration.
