摘要
露龈笑是指微笑时暴露过多的牙龈,严重影响患者美观、心理及社交。随着近年来对露龈笑发病机制认识的逐渐加深,其治疗方法也日益多样化,涉及多个学科。笔者对露龈笑多学科综合治疗的新进展作一综述,尤其将重点介绍几种目前临床最常用的露龈笑治疗方式。
Gummy smile is an aesthetic disorder, which undermines a person＇s smile, psychological health, and social relationships. Recent in-depth studies on the etiology of gummy smile have resulted in the development of comprehensive multidisciplinary approaches to treat this disorder. These approaches, especially the most commonly used surgeries, will be reviewed in this article.
