摘要
本文对基因权利的性质及概念进行了对比评析,认为基因权利是公民应有之权利,应对"基因权利"进行明确的界定;基因权利有其独立的价值,需要法律制度予以独立保护。
This paper makes a comparative analysis on the nature and concept of genetic rights, and believes that genetic rights are the rights of citizens, which should be clearly defined; and gene rights have their own independent value, which need to be protected by the legal system.
