超厚板对接焊缝PAUT和TOFD联合检测方法及其在巨型箱船上的应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对超厚板对接焊缝检测的难点,制定PAUT和TOFD联合检测的工艺方法,通过软件模拟分析,对巨型集装箱船上的超厚板对接焊缝进行联合检测设计,并在对应的验证试板上进行设计方案测试和调整,得出最佳检测设计并应用于现场实际焊缝检测。 The inspection principle of PAUT and TOFD for the ultra-thick plate butt welding seam is introduced aiming at the dificulties. The combined inspection for ultra-thick plate butt welds of Giant container ship is dedicated designed by using software simulation and the design is applied on the demonstration block to test and modify. The optimum inspection design is made for welds inspection site.
