中华传统道德视域下爨文化的译介与传播——以爨碑铭文英译为例

On Translation and Dissemination of Cuan Culture from the Perspective of Traditional Chinese Ethics——A Case Study on English Translation of the Inscription on Cuan Steles

爨文化上承古滇文化,下启南诏文化,是西南民族文化发展史的重要一环,也是中华优秀传统文化重要组成部分。以《爨宝子碑》和《爨龙颜碑》为物质载体的爨文化继承和发扬了中华传统文化的思想精华和道德精髓。本文以爨碑铭文为参照,扼要概述了中华传统道德在爨文化中的传承与发展,并以《爨宝子碑》和《爨龙颜碑》铭文英译为例,借用中华传统道德视角,阐释了爨文化的译介策略,进而提出爨文化跨语境的传播路径,以期进一步促进爨文化的跨文化交流与传播,推动云南民族文化产业持续健康发展。

Cuan culture, as an important part of ethnic culture in southwest China, continued the ancient Yunnan culture and introduced Nanzhao culture. As the material carrier of Cuan culture, Cuan Baozi Stele and Cuan Longyan Stele inherited and promoted the essence of ideas and ethics in traditional Chinese cul- ture. Based on the inscription on Cuan steles, this paper analyzes the inheritance and development of tradi- tional Chinese ethics in Cuan culture. Using English translation of the inscription on Cuan steles as refer- ence, the paper introduces translation methods and strategies in translating Cuan culture, and proposes dis- semination ways of Cuan culture in cross - cultural communication from the perspective of traditional Chinese ethics, in the hope of promoting the dissemination of Cuan culture in cross - cultural communication and the sustainable development of Yunnan ethnic culture industry.
