In 2016, General Secretary XI Jin-ping gave a speech on the national conference of ideological and po- litical work in colleges and universities, which is of great guiding significance in the new situation. To implement- ing the decisions made in the national and regional conferences of ideological and political work in colleges and universities and understanding the spirit of the conferences is to do well the ideological and political work in col- leges and universities of Tibet.
