摘要
2016年国家旅游局提出"全域旅游"发展战略,同年拉萨市入选首批国家全域旅游示范区创建单位名单。全域发展思维将极大地扩大拉萨市旅游业发展的视野和前景,拓展其发展领域和空间。文章在阐明拉萨市全域旅游发展基本理念及核心目标的基础上,分析了单项旅游产品及综合旅游产品创新性开发的资源背景、创新项目及开发路径,并提出了拉萨市旅游产品创新性开发的保障机制。
In 2016 National Tourism Bureau put forward the ＂holistic tourism destinations development （HTDD） ＂ strategy, and in the same year Lhasa is enrolled in the list of national demonstration area for HTDD. The idea of HTDD will greatly expand the vision and the prospect of the development of Lhasa city＇ s tourism. The article first clarifies the basic concept and core objectives of HTDD in Lhasa, then concretely analyzes the resource background, innovation project and development path of the innovative development of individual tourism prod- ucts and comprehensive tourism products, and finally puts forward the safeguard mechanism of innovative development of tourism products in Lhasa.
