西藏融入国家“一带一路”战略建设面向南亚大通道基本思路研究

On Tibet's Implementation of China's "One Belt and Road Initiative" to Constructing the South Asia Chennel

西藏是我国面向南亚开放的重要通道,具有独特的区位优势。加快建设南亚大通道是西藏落实国家"一带一路"战略、扩大对外开放的主要抓手。文章在分析西藏建设面向南亚大通道的总体形势、重要意义及存在问题的基础上,从优化布局、发展通道经济、促进产业联动、培育开放格局等方面提出了构建以南亚大通道为核心的西藏经济体系的基本思路。

As an important channel for China＇s openning to South Asia, Tibet has a unique advantage in geogra- phy. Speeding up the construction of the South Asia Channel is the way for Tibet to implement China＇s ＂One Belt and Road Initiative＂and for China＇s opening wider to the outside world. This article analyzes the overall situa- tion, significance and problems of Tibet＇ s construction for the South Asia Channel, and proposes some basic ideas of constructing Tibetan economic system with the construction of the South Asia Channel as the core, for in- stance, to optimize the general layout, to develop channel economy, to promote industrial linkage and opening pattern, etc.
