以构建面向南亚大通道为视角,从加快融入国家"一带一路"战略出发,运用灰度理论和层次分析法,分析了拉日铁路开通对南亚大通道建设的影响,并对推动通道区域内经济发展情况进行了研究。认为拉日铁路的开通进一步增强了南亚大通道的交通区位优势和地缘优势,完善了西藏面向南亚开放的便捷陆路交通网络,对通道区域内的经济发展产生了很大的推动作用,并成为西藏面向南亚开放的重要引擎。

In the perspective of the South Asia Channel construction and ＂One Belt and Road Initiative＂, this arti- cle analyzes the role of the Lhasa-Shigatse Railway in the South Asia Channel construction and the promotion of local channel economy by applying grey theory and analytic hierarchy process （AHP）. The opening of the Lha- sa-Shigatse Railway has further enhanced the advantages of the South Asia Channel in traffic and geography, and improved the land transportation network of Tibet, which facilitates Tibet opening to South Asia. Thus, the railway has a great effect on the regional economic development, and becomes an important engine for Tibet opening to South Asia.
