慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者鼻内镜手术前后生存质量及相关研究

Study on Quality of Life before and after Endoscopic Sinus Surgery in Patients with Chronic Rhinosinusitis and Its Correlation

目的:对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者施行功能性鼻内镜手术前与手术后进行生存质量评估、疗效等指标评定,探讨其影响因素及解决对策。方法:随机纳入2014年5月-2016年1月在本院耳鼻喉科接受诊疗的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者55例,施予功能性鼻内镜手术方案治疗,对患者疗效、生存质量等指标进行评定、对比,并探讨其影响因素。结果:术后12个月评估55例患者的疗效,有效率为92.73%。术后1、3、6、12个月的生存质量评分均明显优于手术前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月生存质量评分优于术后1个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后12个月生存质量评分优于术后6个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后12个月后VAS评分为(2.8±0.4)分,明显低于术前的(9.1±0.3)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:功能性鼻内镜手术应用于慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者中,获得良好疗效,而且是提升生存质量的重要手段,在耳鼻喉科中有持续推广的必要性。

Objective：To evaluate the quality of life and evaluation of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis before and after functional endoscopic sinus surgery,and to explore their influencing factors and solve the countermeasures.Method：A total of 55 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis who were enrolled in the department of otolaryngology from May 2014 to January 2016 were enrolled in this study.The patients were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery,the curative effect,quality of life and other indicators were evaluated and compared,and the influencing factors were discussed.Result：The curative effect of 55 patients was evaluated at 12 months after operation,and the effective rate was 92.73%.The postoperative quality of life scores of 1,3,6,12 months were significantly better than that before the surgery,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the quality of life score of 6 months after the operation was better than that 1 month after operation,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the quality of life score of 12 months after the operation was better than that 6 months after operation,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After 12 months the VAS score was（2.8±0.4）scores,significantly lower than the preoperative（9.1±0.3）scores,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Functional endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis,obtain good curative effect,and is an important means to enhance the quality of life,it is necessary to continue the promotion in the department of ENT.
